英國GRIMM格林進口羅茨風機概述： 

          進口羅茨風機是英國格林在長年制造經驗的基礎上采用的新技術開發的產品。
          進口羅茨風機是一種雙葉輪同步壓縮機械，每個三葉型轉子用兩個軸承支承，利用一對同步齒輪，使兩個轉子的相對位置始終保持不變。屬容積式鼓風機，具有強制輸氣特征。三葉羅茨風機作為回轉式機械，具有比較穩定的工作特征，三葉羅茨風機轉子與轉子、轉子與泵體、轉子與側蓋之間有微小間隙，因而工作腔內沒有摩擦，無接觸磨損部分；三葉羅茨風機經濟耐用，無需潤滑，使用壽命長，動力平衡性好。

1、螺旋形狀20°以上的固定螺旋方式。機殼的進排風屏蔽線切入螺旋，以轉子頂端光面線構成的三角形進排風口，通過轉子的旋轉而循序打開。本風機發進排風口，不像舊式羅茨螺旋風機那樣在瞬間打開或關閉，所以運轉聲音極小，幾乎沒有排風脈動。
2、因為轉子是三葉直線形，所以它不像螺旋式轉子那樣，因軸向微小變位而使轉子相互接觸。因此，只在剖面上保證轉子間的間隙即可，不需要像轉子螺旋式那樣再加上軸向變位，以致間隙過大。這種風機的效率比相同尺寸的轉子螺旋式風機好得多。
3、因轉子采用特殊外形，便于保持轉子間的相互間隙，使效率進一步提高。
4、因使用精密數控機床批量市場轉子，并對精度管理采取了完善的措施，所以，各臺風機之間完全沒有性能誤差。另外，轉子在制造過程中已成平衡狀態。所以轉子不會像過去那樣殘留微小的不平衡，本機幾乎完全沒有振動。
5、采用驅動齒輪，不僅使壽命得到延長，而且實現了低噪音化。該齒輪采用特殊Cr-Mo鋼經適當淬火處理，嚴格按照Jlsl級齒輪精度精研削制造。因而將來自齒輪對產品的不良干擾完全排除。
6、輸出的空氣清潔，不含任何油質灰塵。機殼內部不須油類潤滑，且采用了避免軸承、齒輪油類混入機殼內部的結構設計。
7、隨著公司品質管理、生產車間管理體制的確立，實現了部件相互交流、低生產成本，短期交貨的目標。

英國GRIMM格林進口羅茨風機工作原理： 
         進口羅茨風機為容積式風機，輸送的風量與轉數成比例，三葉型羅茨風機葉輪每轉動一次由兩個葉輪進行三次吸、排氣，與二葉型相比，氣體脈動變少、負荷變化小、機械強度高、噪音低、振動也小。
           在兩根至相平行的軸上設有兩個三葉型葉輪，葉輪與橢圓形機箱內孔面及兩葉輪三者之間始終保持微小的間隙，由于葉輪互為反方向勻速旋轉，使箱體與葉輪所包圍著的一定量的氣體由一側輸送到排出的一側。
